Innovation for an inclusive and diverse media sector

This Policy Brief reviews some of the current public and private initiatives in the UK and in Wales, which foster Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), and reports the results of our quantitative research on diversity in the creative industries and media sector.

We provide evidence of how R&D can support EDI based on learning from the Clwstwr programme.

Finally, we build on the policy landscape and our quantitative analyses to suggest directions for future work.
