Project Aim

The Journey aims to build a fundraising platform in a video game style that offers several experiences. Each highlights a different cause that matters to our communities and inspired by the stories of people affected by the cause. The game will offer in-app purchases that will help the players to boost their virtual life, while a big percentage of these purchased items will go to help those people affected through trusted charities.

The Journey is the world first cause-agnostic, mobile, charity fundraising platform in a game style, supporting refugee, homelessness, health and mental health charities, initially in the UK. The Journey enables partner charities to tell the real life stories of the people they seek to help, in an interactive way that immerses the players in the game and makes it possible for them to take immediate action to assist those in the real life situations through in-app purchases. It targets mobile game players aged 18 to 35 who do not necessarily have a previous interest in the causes or charities.
