Project Aim
Richard King is one of Wales’s leading non-fiction authors and a founding partner of the Do-Lectures.
His prize-winning books range from the music business to recent Welsh history – A People’s History of Wales 1965-1995, to be published by Faber & Faber in 2022.
He aims to create new forms of storytelling - alongside his publishing ventures - that reaches beyond the book-buying audience.
His project will draw on his extensive interview archive to explore ways of telling the story of late 20th century Wales to new and diverse audiences, using, for example, audio visual installations, large canvas projections and audio sculptures.
